Quite some time ago, Eric and I were in the car, in the summer, with the Collie, at a stoplight. A man pulled up next to us, leaned out his window, and said "What kinda dog is that? I was looking at 'er, uh, nozzle, and it's so big!" I guess that nozzle = nose + muzzle, probably, and it kind of stuck.

LOL Collies do have a prominent "nozzle" but these photos really bring the fact home!
